Kelvin Wu is responsible for the operation, business and project management of UnoLai Design. As a managing partner of the company, Kelvin has a deep understanding of client needs from the early stages of each project. Drawing on decades of experience in the industry, he communicates critical priorities with the assigned design team and facilitates close cooperation with clients, architects, interior consultants and other specialists to ensure design quality from start to finish. Kelvin serves as a critical communications bridge and representative of the studio’s capabilities. From initial client contact and contract negotiation, through the conceptual schematic design phase, to the implementation of content in the design development stage, Kelvin’s close participation ensures that each project reflects the studio’s high standards and dedication to quality.
